Delivery
Gifts to Treasure, Inc. delivers gifts and gift baskets daily to Ellicott City and Columbia, Maryland. Deliveries to the surrounding areas of Howard County and Baltimore including Catonsville, Clarksville, Dayton, Elkridge, Glenelg, Glenwood, West Friendship, Woodbine and Woodstock are available for a slightly higher fee. A local delivery fee will be added to each order, for each address.
Basket Orders Placed for Local Delivery by 4 p.m. will be delivered the next day unless otherwise requested; i.e. future date is arranged. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders placed after 4 p.m.
We will do our best to accommodate same day deliveries, but we cannot guarantee it. Due to the fact that we personalize, design, and pack each gift as they are ordered to guarantee freshness, we offer limited same day delivery. Please call us at 410-313-8354 if you need one of our gourmet edibles and savory treat gifts ASAP. We’ll do our best to satisfy your sweet cravings.
Fruit Boxes require next day delivery and are for local delivery only.
Residential Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Deliveries start at $12.95. This fee covers most of the Ellicott City/Columbia area. Outlying areas incur a slightly higher delivery fee. If you have any questions regarding delivery or for exact delivery fees, please contact us at 410-313-8354 with delivery address and we will provide that information to you. Rush deliveries incur an additional $10.00 fee. Residential Deliveries made when no one is available to receive the delivery will be left on the front porch, or with a neighbor if possible and a door tag will be left with notification of delivery and location.
Re-delivery Attempts - or re-routed deliveries to corrected addresses: When no one is available to receive packages, a second delivery attempt will be made. You will be charged accordingly. In addition, you will also be charged if the second delivery attempt is due to an incorrect address.
Commercial/Business Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Fees are the same as the residential fees outlined above.
Special timed deliveries will be quoted upon request. During a busy holiday season, we cannot guarantee same day delivery.

Federal Express Service is available upon request. Most parcels range from $12.95 to $16.00 for regular ground service. All other requests for 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, will be quoted upon request. Our orders are shipped regular ground service unless otherwise requested. Penalty fees for incorrect addresses will be charged.
It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping information. Accurate and complete information is required to avoid additional fees as well as delays in your order. Be sure to include accurate shipping information including full name, street address, apartment #, suite #, zip code, etc. If possible include recipient’s telephone number as well as your day-time telephone number.
Return Fee - Any gift being returned by FedEx to us due to incorrect shipping address or recipient refusal will incur matching fees as when it was shipped. Your credit card will be billed the matching fee for the returned package.
Address Correction Fee – If an item is forwarded by FedEx due to incorrect shipping information, a $12.00 address correction fee will be billed to your credit card.

With the volume that any shipping carrier delivers on any given day, there are some packages that simply do not reach their destination within the timeframe expected. It is very unfortunate when this happens, however, we cannot provide a financial guarantee on another company’s performance. Therefore, we cannot provide a refund on delivery or shipping charges. We trust you will understand.
We will not deliver or ship any order that does not have complete information. (This includes but is not limited to correct billing address, buyer information, gift item number or name, greeting card message, correct shipping address and gift recipient's information.) Every attempt will be made to contact the buyer, with the information they provided us, either by email or phone. The order will be placed on hold until the buyer has contacted us and supplied the required information.
