Exchanges
Items purchased from Cameo Jewelers may be exchanged for in-store credit or merchandise only. This policy only applies for items exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales slip. Exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn and in its original gift box (if any). The recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Special orders, completed layaways, modified jewelry (including ring sizing) and/or custom pieces are not exchangeable.
Special orders
We regret that special orders are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. All special orders are to be paid-in-full before being processed. Special orders include any jewelry, gemstones, watches, engravings or gift items that are ordered into the store or are altered by the customer.

Custom work
Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems and labor furnished by our jewelers for a specified client. All custom jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a full deposit before any work is done, unless otherwise specified by the owner. Every effort will be made by our jewelers to accurately manufacture the item(s) as ordered. Minor adjustments will gladly be made at either a modest fee or no charge depending on the scope of the work involved.
Layaways
Item(s) may be put on layaway for up to six months with the minimum deposit of 25% down. There must be a recorded monthly payment(s) and the item must be paid for in full by the end of the layaway period. Early termination of a layaway will result in the forfeit of all payments and merchandise.
