If you are one of our patients, we can prepare a list of plan options (using Medicare’s plan finder website and our records of your medication history) and then sit down with you to make sure you understand all the details before you make your decision. Therefore, it is recommended that patients review your plan each year to select the best option based on your current list of medications.
