Michigan Store

Inspiration Station Scrapbook Store and retreat is located in the small town of Ovid, Michigan. We have been in business since 2004. We originally purchased Kara's Creation Station in Okemos and moved it to this historic site in Ovid. We started out small, but our goal was to be the biggest and best scrapbook and stamp store in Michigan. Since we opened our doors we have grown to meet our goals. We have 3500 square feet of paper crafting pleasure. There may be stores that are larger in square feet, but there is not another store that carries the same amount of inventory dedicated entirely to scrapbooking and cardmaking. Our claim to fame is our large selection of embossing folders and metal dies for universal machines like Cuttlebug and Big Shot. If you love to cut and emboss like we do, you will be amazed when you enter and see our selection. We have tons of specialty items from small companies and import products from around the world so you will always find something new at our store. We love to offer unique items that you have never seen before at big box stores.

Besides basic supplies we create lots of other wonderful things at our store laser cuts, page kits, and card kits. If you haven't been here before, we assure you it is worth the trip to Ovid!

We also sell many products online. We realized a few years ago that we were shipping items all over the world. Some one would see our sample online and we would be playing phone charades to find the butterfly that they saw on a card. We decided that it would be easier to put some of our best sellers online, with pictures and samples. We now carry a portion of our items online. Please know, our website is a small portion of our store stock.....if you don't see it online, that doesn't mean we don't have it. We have over 300,000 sku's in our store. We could never get them all online. So if you ever need an item and can't find it, just give us a call. We'd be happy to see if we have it in stock.

In 2014 we continued to grow and opened a scrapbook and crafter's retreat next door. Out of town shoppers no longer have to book a hotel 20 minutes away, they can stay, and crop, right on site.
