1700 Penn Ave is the umbrella name for the Pennsylvania Libations Wine Shop and Helltown Brewing Taproom. This 6,000 square foot location includes a wine tasting area, store front, event space and full cocktail bar with 25 taps. The taproom and wine shop will be operated by Pennsylvania Libations management company, where all staff is educated and versed in every product offered.
